• All spot quotes are subject to mandi fluctuations until formal booking confirmation.
• Weight determined by certified computerized weighbridge slip at Bucheki dispatch point.
• Moisture tolerance fixed at standard 12.0% unless customized contract specifications apply.
• Transit responsibility and freight charges defined clearly on each formal Mandi Bilty.

1. Commercial Terms, Rate Validity & Mandi Settlement

1. **Rate Validity**: Rice is an active agricultural commodity. Spot rates quoted verbally or via WhatsApp are valid for 24 hours unless formally confirmed with an advance booking token deposit.

2. **Weighbridge Protocol**: Shipments are weighed at our authorized computerized weighbridge in Bucheki. A copy of the gross/tare/net weighment slip is stapled to the original Bilty.

3. **Inspection on Arrival**: Buyers are entitled to draw representative samples upon truck arrival before complete offloading. Any discrepancies must be reported to our dispatch desk within 24 hours of arrival.

• Full legal recourse governed by Punjab Agriculture Produce Markets Act.
• Packaging in high-density polypropylene bags (50kg or 25kg net weight standard).
• Direct dispute arbitration handled promptly by Noor Galla Mandi arbitration panel.
